Bookings
A booking submitted through this website reserves birds against the selected batch and generates a booking reference. A booking is a request to purchase and becomes final once confirmed by Arteon Poultry.
Availability and pricing
Batch availability shown on this website reflects live inventory at the time of viewing. Prices shown are per bird and the amount displayed during booking is an estimate confirmed by our team before collection.
Collection
Birds are collected on the collection date set for the batch, or on a date agreed with our team. Buyers are responsible for arranging suitable transport and for having housing ready on arrival.
Cancellations
Cancel a booking by contacting Arteon Poultry with your booking reference. Cancelled bookings release the reserved birds back to the batch.
Biosecurity
Site visits to poultry farms are prohibited unless authorised and inspected in accordance with applicable biosecurity requirements and by the relevant authority. Please submit consultancy requests through this website first.
